FAQ
Everything, up front.
The offer
Is this an instant generator?
+
No. You buy a package with a 48-hour turnaround, not a self-serve render. Generation is automated internally and takes minutes, but a human reviews and approves every delivery before it goes out. That review is what you are paying for.
What does $1 per second mean exactly?
+
The finished animation's length in seconds is its price in dollars. A 12-second hero loop is $12. A 45-second sequence is $45. There is no setup fee, no rush fee, no per-format charge and no resolution upcharge.
Is there a minimum or maximum?
+
Five seconds minimum, five minutes maximum per order. Longer pieces are usually better split into sections anyway - and you can order as many pieces as you like.
What is not motion graphics for websites?
+
We do not make app UI animation, social media clips, TikTok edits or narrated explainer videos. We make motion that lives on a web page: hero sections, header loops, logo reveals, feature highlights, background loops, section transitions and CTA end cards.
The work
How do you know my brand colours?
+
From your live site. We read the palette, the logo, the typography and the general density of the design. If you have brand files or a Figma link, send them - it sharpens the result, but it is not required.
Do you use my logo?
+
Yes. An SVG renders best, a transparent PNG is fine, and if neither exists we work from the version on your site.
What if I don't like the draft?
+
One revision round is included in the price. Reply to the delivery with notes and the corrected version comes back inside the same 48-hour rhythm. Further rounds are charged at the same $1 per second.
Can I supply music or a voiceover?
+
Yes. Choose the upload option when ordering and we will send a secure upload link for your MP3, WAV or M4A. We can sync the motion to the beat of the track. If you would rather we pick, we will use a licensed library track and get your approval.
The files
What file do I receive?
+
One MP4 (H.264) at up to 3840x2160, compressed for the web and cut exactly on the loop point so the repeat is invisible. It drops straight into a video tag, a Webflow background block or any page builder.
What resolution?
+
Up to 3840×2160 at 30fps as standard, 60fps on request. Every scene is authored resolution-independently, so 4K costs the same as 1080p.
How big are the files?
+
Most loops land between 1.5MB and 6MB after compression. If your platform has a hard limit - Webflow's 30MB asset cap, for instance - say so and we will target it.
Will it slow my site down?
+
Not if it is implemented properly. We compress aggressively, keep most loops between 1.5MB and 6MB, and recommend loading it lazily with a still frame behind it.
The business bit
Who owns the finished animation?
+
You do, outright, including commercial use, in perpetuity. Deliveries are unbranded, which is why agencies white-label them for clients.
Can agencies resell this?
+
Yes. Masters arrive unbranded and you are free to present them as your own work. Fixed per-second pricing means you can quote your client before you brief us.
When am I charged?
+
At checkout, when the order is placed. If the draft cannot be delivered within 48 hours for any reason on our side, you are refunded in full.
What if my brand is a bad fit?
+
If we cannot make something we would be happy to put our name to, we refund and say so. It is a rare outcome, but it is better than shipping something weak.
